Congratulations on your new role at Openly. Now, our focus is on arming you with the tools and resources you need to start strong.

First Days

You'll be welcomed by your hiring manager and Head of People Ops, then meet the rest of your team and company. You'll also get in-depth training with Openly Leaders.

First Weeks

You'll get your first projects, meet daily with your manager, and learn about our roadmap and key objectives for the year.

First Months

You'll get exposed to new projects and tasked with more responsibility on the team, and be asked to further apply your creativity and expertise to our efforts.
